User Acceptance Testing
The objective of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is for the end user to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Business Partner and Customer Systems in the real-world environment. The UAT must determine if the deployed system meets the end-user expectations; supports all operational requirements; and, fulfills the business objectives for the system. UAT measures the effectiveness and efficiency of business partner and customer systems. It consists of a dedicated process re-engineering team incorporating the essentials of Six Sigma and Lean methodology's. The User Acceptance Testing group supports some of the largest business entities including consumer mortgage lending, card services and retail services. |
