A Skills Enhancement Program

“Tell Me More” is an e-learning solution available to all Group Service Center Manila employees. The program aims to equip employees with unprecedented language proficiency that will help them provide excellent service. It incorporates the latest innovations, using advanced speech recognition technology, interactive dialogues, and videos to help you address all areas of language learning – speaking, comprehension, reading and writing.

Tell Me More has two packages to fit your preference – Guided and Free-to-Roam. The Guided Tour offers each learner a preset series of activities created by L&D. It has a more specific approach centering on the areas the learner needs to focus on. The Free-to-Roam, on the other hand, lets employees be adventurous. It allows the learner to engage in activities and workshops of their choice. They have the freedom to create and plan their own learning expedition, and determine the skills they would like to focus on.

Training programs such as “Tell Me More” is a way of delivering commitment to the growth of the employees. Skills enhancement trainings help ensure that the organization is constantly at par in delivering world-class customer service.
