S.K.Y - Skills, Knowledge and You

Group Service Center Kolkata – recently initiated a learning program, specially designed for employees who have successfully completed 2 or more years in HSBC. Post a selection process, 53 employees got enrolled for the pilot batch of this Learning program.

Employees who completed two years with every passing month have also enrolled for the program. A three member Committee known as the S.K.Y Committee was also framed to drive the group.

A common theme that emerged out of the expansive nature and the tremendous amount of learning was a sense of empowerment, confidence, high level of motivation and a sure booster shot to surge ahead and set new bench marks in excellence.

The program addresses the following points :

• Ensuring Growth opportunities to the next level
• Interaction with Business partner
• Personal Development Programs, Training at workplace, Six Sigma projects, Career progression plan
• Honing leadership skills
• Grooming communication skills through various channels like Extempos, Debates, Public Speaking activities
• Increase knowledge & skills through a tracking system
