Global Service Delivery is an 70,000 plus strong organisation committed to providing
seamless customer service by anticipating and understanding the needs of HSBC’s
customers.
HSBC Global Service Delivery is spread across 6 regions, with 22 Group Service Centers
and 107 Regional and Local Service Centers.
The first Group Service Center was established in Guangzhou (China) as the first
offshoring site undertaking operations from HSBC Bank, Hong Kong, in 1996. The second
GSC was established in Hyderabad (India) in the year 2000 when it was formally christened
as Global Resourcing.
