Job Title
Customer Service Executive – French Process
Job Description
- Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant process.
- Ensure the process requirements are met, adhered to, completed in accordance with established procedures and standards set.
- Work well independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
- Ensure that the productivity, sales and quality levels are achieved as per the standards set for the process.
- Demonstrate ways to improve customer service, increase productivity, increase sales, identify issues and escalate.
- Assist line manager/supervisor with managing daily operations and support peers on process if needed.
- Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.
Skills Required
- Ability to read, write and speak French fluently.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to write good quality business letters, emails and reports.
- Good conversational skills to engage customer.
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
- Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime if needed.
- Minimum or basic computer knowledge. Adequate typing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people.
- Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data and perform in a challenging environment.

Academic Qualifications
- Post Graduation / Graduation in any discipline
- 12th Grade
- B1 or B2 level of French from Alliance Française or equivalent.
Years of Experience
0 - 3 years in a similar environment is favourable
