How do I apply to a location of my choice in HSBC Global Service Delivery?

Route 1: On the home page you have the job search application. Select the country of your choice and a list of cities will cascade. Select the city of your choice and view the vacancies available. You may also submit your resume in the Generic Job Application link, and our HR team will revert with a suitable vacancy, whenever the opportunity arises.

What is the minimum qualification required for joining HSBC Global Service Delivery?

Anyone over the minimum legal age requirement and with the required qualifications for the relevant role may apply. All vacancies in Global service Delivery require commensurate qualifications. Please visit your country/ city to view the vacancies and the qualifications required therein.

I have just passed out of college, do not have any prior work experience. Can I apply to HSBC Global Service Delivery?

I am a candidate with an IT background/Technical graduate; can I apply to HSBC Global Service Delivery?

Global Service Delivery is the banking and financial services operations arm of HSBC, and we do recruit IT specialists in different capacities. You may view the vacancies in any of the Group Service Centres or else submit your resume and our HR team will revert whenever there is a suitable vacancy.

I am an internal employee, how I do apply to a job in a different geography?

Internal moves are encouraged subject to availability / requirement and other re-location requirements. You may check the Internal Job Openings on the Intranet, and apply as appropriate.

Can an ex-employee re-apply?

Yes, an ex-employee can re-apply through the Global Service Delivery website and will be treated as a new applicant.

If I am not able to attend your walk-in, where can I send my resume?

Most of the Group Service Centres have daily walk-ins scheduled at a given location between Monday & Friday. You may attend these walk-ins if you are unable to attend the special walk-in drive. Alternatively you may also post your resume online.
