Europe, the Asia Pacific & the Middle East. The Group Service Centres play a key
role to deliver a consistent customer experience and drive customer advocacy for
HSBC by creating a seamless service delivery proposition.
GSD delivers best in class services through a global network of Centres of Excellence (CoE) which are aligned to
the key lines of businesses and the global functions of
HSBC Group. The COEs leverage breadth of process skills and depth of
domain expertise, combining it with global scale and best practices to deliver a
consistent experience for
HSBC customers, globally.
